Since 1999, QCM has provided construction management, supervision, materials testing services, and inspection for various privately owned companies, ODOT projects, LPA projects, and for counties throughout the Tri-State area. The means to creating the results we offer are being accessible, strong construction and management skills, communication with all involved, creative insight, and the ability to get it right the first time. All employees maintain the certifications required and/or relevant for the task at hand, and boast more than expected experience in their respective fields.
